• Operate the Airbus A320 as First Officer, executing all duties to company SOPs and the highest safety standards.
• Deliver precise, timely flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
• Collaborate closely with the Captain and cabin crew using exemplary CRM and communication.
• Manage normal and non‑normal procedures with sound judgment and a calm, professional approach.
• Maintain airmanship, compliance, and documentation to regulatory and company requirements.
• Champion a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across the operation.

🌟 What you bring

• Education: Completed training with Matura/Abitur, Diplom HF, general higher education entrance qualification, or university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
• Licensing: ATPL(A), or CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory (frozen ATPL), or MPL — all under EASA Part‑FCL.
• Type rating & experience: Current A320 type rating with a minimum of 800 hours on type.
• Training: Completed UPRT; valid ME and IR.
• Medical: Current EASA Class 1.
• Language: Very good German (at least C1 if not native/everyday language) and good English (ICAO Level 4+).
• Documentation: Completely documented proof of flying performance (flight log extract, licence, etc.) and a valid passport.
• Standards: Impeccable reputation, professional conduct, and strict adherence to safety and compliance.
• Health: Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID‑19, yellow fever, etc.).
