A320 First Officer — Direct Entry (Type-Rated)

🧭 Your mission

• Operate A320 family flights safely and efficiently under EASA regulations and company SOPs.
• Work seamlessly with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver a reliable, passenger-focused operation.
• Uphold the highest standards of airmanship, threat and error management, and UPRT competencies.
• Prepare, brief, and debrief each sector with precision; maintain meticulous flight and training records.

🧰 What you bring

• Flight time: Minimum 800 hours on type (Airbus A320 family).
• Licences: ATPL(A), or CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory credit, or MPL licence (all per EASA Part-FCL). Frozen ATPL, IR, ME, and UPRT required.
• Authority: Accepted licences: EASA only.
• Medical: Valid EASA Class 1.
• Languages: Very good German (C1+ if not native/everyday language) and good English (at least ICAO Level 4).
• Education: Completed training with Matura/Abitur or Diplom HF, or general higher education entrance qualification, or university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
• Documentation: Completely documented proof of flying performance (logbook extract, licence, etc.) and a valid passport.
• Character: Impeccable reputation and professional conduct.
• Health & vaccination: Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID‑19, yellow fever, etc.). COVID‑19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law.

• In-type experience: 800+ hours on A320 family.
• Type rating: Current A320 type rating required.
• Licensing set: Frozen ATPL, IR, ME, UPRT (EASA).
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher.
• Medical: EASA Class 1.
• Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided.
