Ready to take your career to jet operations? Join our flight deck as an Airbus A320 First Officer on a permanent contract. Non‑type rated candidates are welcome—successful hires will receive company-provided A320 training. 🧭 Your mission
- Operate the A320 family as First Officer, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flights from pre-flight to shutdown.
- Execute SOPs and checklist discipline; support the Captain with sound CRM and decision-making.
- Manage FMS setup, performance calculations, navigation, and automation with vigilant systems monitoring.
- Communicate clearly with ATC and ground teams; maintain situational awareness in all phases of flight.
- Champion a just culture by participating in the Safety Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1000 hours
- Preferred time: 100 hours multi-engine
- Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
- License required: CPL
- Accepted licenses: PCAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
Candidates must already be eligible to live and work in the hiring location; sponsorship is not available.
