🧭 Your mission

  • Operate the A320 family as First Officer, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flights from pre-flight to shutdown.
  • Execute SOPs and checklist discipline; support the Captain with sound CRM and decision-making.
  • Manage FMS setup, performance calculations, navigation, and automation with vigilant systems monitoring.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC and ground teams; maintain situational awareness in all phases of flight.
  • Champion a just culture by participating in the Safety Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1000 hours
  • Preferred time: 100 hours multi-engine
  • Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
  • License required: CPL
  • Accepted licenses: PCAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

Candidates must already be eligible to live and work in the hiring location; sponsorship is not available.
