🧭 The role

As an A320 First Officer, you will operate as part of a two-crew team, executing safe, efficient flights, applying strong CRM, and delivering a professional passenger experience across varied operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1000 hours
• License: CPL — Open to PCAA licence holders
• Type rating: Not required — Training Provided (NTR)
• Preferred experience: 100 hours multi-engine
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🌟 Training pathway

Successful candidates will be enrolled in a structured Airbus A320 type rating program. Expect ground school, fixed-base and full-flight simulator phases, followed by supervised line flying to consolidate your skills.

Completion of all training stages and standard company checks is required prior to unsupervised line operations.
