🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1000 hours
  • Preferred time: 100 hours multi engine
  • License: CPL
  • Open to license holders: PCAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate A320 family aircraft as First Officer in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Support the Captain with flight planning, fuel and performance calculations, navigation, and decision-making.
  • Uphold a strong safety culture through disciplined checklist use, CRM, and SMS participation.
  • Maintain currency through ground school, simulator sessions, line checks, and recurrent training.

🛫 Training & development

Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive A320 type rating, including systems ground school, full-flight simulator training, and supervised line flying to consolidation.

📍 Eligibility notes

  • NTR: Applicants without an A320 type rating are encouraged to apply.
  • Licensing: Role is open to pilots holding a valid PCAA CPL with Class 1 medical.
  • Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
