🧭 The Mission
As an Airbus First Officer (A320 family), you will support the Captain across all phases of flight, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. You’ll apply strong CRM, precise procedural discipline, and sound decision‑making to deliver a smooth operation from briefing to block‑in.
- Execute flight duties in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain exceptional situational awareness, threat and error management, and checklist discipline.
- Contribute to a just culture, high‑quality briefings, and data‑driven continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate professional communication and teamwork on a modern Airbus flight deck.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- License: ATPL (open to CAASL licence holders)
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Current Airbus A320 family type rating required
- Total Time: Minimum 2,000 hours on aircraft with MTOW > 50,000 kg (e.g., jet aircraft such as the A320 or higher)
- Time on Type: At least 500 P2 hours on type — A320 or A330 — or a combination of A320 and A330
- Right to Work: You must hold the legal right to live and work in the place of assignment; sponsorship is not available
Note: Logged A330 P2 time may be combined with A320 time to satisfy the 500‑hour requirement.
