🧰 Flight time factorization (Wizz Air)
Wizz Air applies factors to pilot flying hours to determine minimum experience for Commanders. Hours flown in each category are multiplied by an applicable factor; the sum after factorization is used to verify eligibility.
- Simulator hours are excluded from totals.
- PIC hours are pilot-in-command hours only; PICUS does not count toward PIC.
- Only actual flight time on Airbus A320 aircraft counts toward the 500-hour in-type minimum.
- PIC time must be on Airbus A3xx full FBW airplanes to satisfy the 1,000-hour PIC requirement.
Note: You must meet the minimum 3,500 factorized hours threshold to be considered.
