As an A320 Family Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across one of Asia’s most dynamic networks.

• Command A320 family aircraft to the highest safety and SOP standards, ensuring on-time, reliable operations.
• Exercise sound decision-making in all phases of flight, prioritizing safety, fuel efficiency, and operational resilience.
• Champion exceptional customer experience—creating memorable journeys for every Juan onboard.
• Mentor and develop First Officers through exemplary CRM, leadership, and coaching in the flight deck.
• Collaborate with OCC, Engineering, and Cabin Crew to deliver seamless day-of-ops performance.

🧰 What you bring

• Total time: 3,500+ hours
• PIC in type: 500+ hours on the Airbus A320 family
• Type rating: Current and valid on A320 family
• License req.: ATPL
• Open to Lic. Holders: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 (minimum)
• Additional requirement: Valid Radio License
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided
