Airbus A320 Family Captain (Type-Rated)

🌟 What you’ll do

• Command A320 family operations with unwavering commitment to safety, SOP compliance, and CRM excellence.
• Lead, brief, and mentor flight crew to ensure high standards in normal and non-normal operations.
• Deliver fuel-efficient, on-time performance while prioritizing passenger comfort and care.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to support dependable operations.
• Uphold company policies and regulatory requirements across all phases of flight.

🧭 Minimum qualifications

• ATPL with valid A320 type rating.
• Total flight time: 4,000+ hours.
• PIC on A320 family: 500+ hours.
• Heavy aircraft time: 1,000+ hours on types with MTOW over 27 tons.
• Medical: Current Class 1.
• ICAO English: Level 4.
• Accepted authorities: DGCA (Turkey), EASA, FAA, or ICAO licenses.

🧰 Additional requirements

• At least high school graduation.
• No written punishments due to flight failure or flight indiscipline.
• No criminal record or criminal archive record.
• Willing to accept the company-determined base and reside there.
• For Blue Card holders: fluent and clear Turkish language proficiency is required.
• Successful completion of the final pre-employment examination by AJet workplace physicians.
• No prior failed training or control flights in Turkish Airlines or other airlines.
• No previous termination from THY AO or its subsidiary companies.

📍 Base and operations

Base will be designated by the company. Candidates must be able to relocate and reside at the assigned base.
