🧰 What You Will Do

Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Exercise decisive, calm command to ensure the highest standards of flight safety and operational discipline.
Coach and develop flight deck crews, fostering a just culture and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with dispatch, cabin, and ground teams to deliver efficient, on‑time, guest‑centric journeys.
Champion HK Express’s adventurous spirit while maintaining professional excellence.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

Total Time: 3,000 hours minimum
Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC): 1,000 hours minimum
Multi‑Engine: 1,000 hours minimum
Turbine: 1,000 hours minimum
Multi‑Crew Experience: Minimum 2,500 hours in multi‑crew operations
PIC Specifics:
- At least 1,000 PIC hours on multi‑engine jet or turbine aircraft
- At least 500 PIC hours on civil‑registered transport aircraft certificated for multi‑crew operations
Recency: Last flight within 6 months
License: ATPL (Open to ICAO licence holders)
Medical: Class 1
English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or above
Radiotelephony: Valid Radiotelephony Operator’s Licence
Type Rating: Not required — full training provided (NTR)
