🧭 The role

As Captain on the A320 family, you will lead safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant operations while fostering a high-performance cockpit culture. You’ll mentor the crew, make sound operational decisions, and represent the airline’s safety-first ethos on every sector.

  • Command A320 family flights to the highest standards of safety and airmanship.
  • Demonstrate leadership in all phases of flight, from preflight to shutdown.
  • Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Coach and develop First Officers through clear communication and debriefs.
  • Collaborate with Ops, Engineering, and Ground teams to deliver a reliable, on-time operation.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • License: Valid ATPL issued by CAAM
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Total jet time: 5,000+ hours
  • Command time: 1,000+ PIC jet hours (includes 1,000 P1 jet hours)
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
  • Work eligibility: Able to live/work without visa sponsorship

🌟 Preferred

  • Previous Airbus experience and/or a current A320 type rating is a strong advantage.
