✈️ The Role

As an A320 Family Captain with Airblue, you will command scheduled services, lead a professional cockpit, and champion a safety-first culture. You’ll operate a well-maintained Airbus narrowbody fleet while supporting the airline’s expansion and mentoring future flight crew leaders.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Operate Airbus A320 Family aircraft on scheduled routes with uncompromising safety and professionalism.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, performance planning, and crew briefings.
• Lead and manage flight operations from pushback to shutdown, ensuring regulatory and company SOP compliance.
• Coordinate seamlessly with cabin crew to deliver an exceptional passenger experience.
• Complete flight reports, documentation, and post-flight debriefs accurately and on time.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Valid ATPL with PCA acceptance.
• Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command on transport jet/turboprop aircraft (MTOW Category B or higher).
• Minimum 1,000 hours turbine time.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Existing right to work in Pakistan (visa sponsorship is not provided).

• Type rating training on the A320 Family provided by the airline.
• Preference given to candidates already A320 type-rated or holding TRI/TRE and SFI/SFE credentials.
• Grow with an expanding carrier operating a modern fleet with aircraft on order.
