🧭 The opportunity
As an A320 Captain, you’ll set the standard on every flight—owning the operation from briefing to block-in, fostering a strong safety culture, and delivering a great customer experience.
- Command A320 family operations across the UK, EEA and the easyJet network.
- Lead the flight deck with robust CRM, decisive leadership, and clear communication.
- Execute SOPs with precision while proactively managing threats and errors.
- Make sound operational decisions on fuel, weather, performance and diversion planning.
- Coach and mentor fellow crew, supporting a high-performing, safety-first culture.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 4,000 hours
- In type (A320): 500 hours
- Type rating: Required
- Flight time notes: A minimum of 500 total PIC hours on jet aircraft over 30 tonnes MTOW (by easyJet induction date).
🌟 Licensing & medical
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4
🧾 Additional requirements
- Work authorization: The right to live and work in the UK.
- Travel access: Unrestricted access across the UK, EEA and easyJet network.
