As an A320 Captain, you will command CAT operations with professionalism and poise, championing safety, efficiency, and crew leadership. If you bring solid heavy-jet experience and excel under pressure, we will provide the Airbus type-rating pathway to help you transition smoothly.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command A320 family flights in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, modeling exemplary CRM and decision-making.
  • Apply structured, analytical thinking to manage threats, errors, and abnormal situations.
  • Drive operational excellence in flight planning, fuel management, and on-time performance.
  • Communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully with all team members on the ground and in the air.

📋 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: Minimum 5,000 hours on Commercial Air Transport (CAT) in aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes.
  • PIC Time: Minimum 1,000 hours.
  • Advanced Experience (one of):
    • 2,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes; or
    • 1,000 hours as PIC on any Airbus FBW aircraft.
  • License: EASA ATPL (A).
  • Medical: EASA Class 1.
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided.
