Step onto a modern Airbus flight deck and lead with precision, professionalism, and care. We’re inviting seasoned commanders from heavy-jet or Airbus FBW backgrounds to captain the A320 family. No current A320 type rating? We’ll provide the training.
✈️ The opportunity
As Captain, you’ll set the tone for safe, efficient operations and an excellent crew and customer experience. You’ll lead the flight, model calm decision-making under pressure, and foster open, respectful communication across the team and cockpit.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command A320 operations from preflight to shutdown, upholding SOPs, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
- Apply robust threat and error management, making timely, structured decisions in dynamic conditions.
- Lead CRM with openness and respect, creating a collaborative, high-performance cockpit culture.
- Plan and optimize performance, fuel, payload, and routing in partnership with Dispatch, ATC, and Ground Ops.
- Ensure a safe, punctual, and passenger-focused operation, handling irregularities with professionalism.
- Contribute to a just culture by reporting, debriefing, and sharing insights that drive continuous improvement.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- License: Valid EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Total time: Minimum 5,000 hours on CAT aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes
- Command experience (choose one path):
- 2,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 40 tonnes; or
- 1,000 hours as PIC on any Airbus FBW aircraft
- Type rating: A320 not required — training provided (NTR)
- Professional strengths: Open, honest communication; teamwork and collaboration; initiative and problem-solving under stress; structured and analytical thinking

We’ll equip you for success with a comprehensive A320 transition, including ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line flying to ensure a smooth move into A320 command.
