Take command of A320 family operations and lead a high-performance flight deck culture. As Captain, you will set the standard for safety, airmanship, and customer experience while mentoring the crew and delivering reliable, efficient operations across our network.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• PIC in type: 800 hours on A320 family
• Type rating: A320 required
• License: ATPL
• Open to license holders: GACA (KSA), ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

• Complete accurate, timely technical reports and post-flight documentation.

📋 Assessments & Compliance

• Assessments: Candidates must pass the company technical and psychometric assessments.
• Medical fitness: Must meet Company and GACA standards for pilots (Class 1).
• Currency: Maintain required recency, training, and proficiency checks on type.
