🧭 Your mission
As Captain on the Airbus A320 Family, you will lead the flight deck, uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance, and deliver a smooth, on-time operation while mentoring and motivating the crew.
- Exercise command and ensure strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Champion a just culture with exemplary decision-making and CRM.
- Plan and execute flights efficiently, optimizing performance and fuel where permitted.
- Conduct thorough briefings, debriefings, and maintain meticulous operational documentation.
- Role-model professionalism and support continuous improvement across the operation.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC on Type: 100 hours
- Flight Time Notes: 100 hours as PIC post line release on A320 Family
- Type Rating: A320 Family — Required
- Licence: ATPL
- Open to Licence Holders: DGCA (India)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
- Additional: Accident/incident-free record at time of application; FRTO; RTR
