🧭 Your mission

As Captain on the Airbus A320 Family, you will lead the flight deck, uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance, and deliver a smooth, on-time operation while mentoring and motivating the crew.

• Exercise command and ensure strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Champion a just culture with exemplary decision-making and CRM.
• Plan and execute flights efficiently, optimizing performance and fuel where permitted.
• Conduct thorough briefings, debriefings, and maintain meticulous operational documentation.
• Role-model professionalism and support continuous improvement across the operation.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• PIC on Type: 100 hours
• Flight Time Notes: 100 hours as PIC post line release on A320 Family
• Type Rating: A320 Family — Required
• Licence: ATPL
• Open to Licence Holders: DGCA (India)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
• Additional: Accident/incident-free record at time of application; FRTO; RTR
