🧭 About the role

As Captain on the Airbus A320 family, you will lead every flight with uncompromising safety, sound judgment, and calm authority. You’ll set the tone for a professional flight deck, uphold company SOPs, and deliver an exceptional passenger experience while maintaining regulatory compliance and on-time performance.

📋 What you’ll do

Command A320 family operations as PIC, ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards.
Manage all phases of flight, applying robust decision-making and effective crew resource management.
Maintain currency and proficiency, including a valid A320 LPC as PIC.
Foster teamwork and clear communication across the flight deck and cabin.
Collaborate with Operations and Dispatch to optimize flight planning and on-time performance.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total time: 5,000 hours
PIC on type: 1,000 hours on Airbus A320 family
Type rating: Current and valid Airbus A320 family
Currency: Valid LPC as PIC on A320 family with at least 6 months’ validity from date of joining
License: Unrestricted ATPL (accepted: ICAO member authorities and UK CAA)
Medical: Class 1
ELP: ICAO Level 6
Background: No Criminal Record certificate (to be submitted after passing the interview)
Safety record: No Incident/Accident report, issued within 6 months at contract start
