• Exercise command with sound judgment and a proactive safety mindset.
• Drive operational excellence through thorough preflight planning, performance and fuel management, and timely decision-making.
• Champion CRM and coach the flight deck team to perform at their best.
• Ensure full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements across all phases of flight.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• In Type: Minimum 500 hours on Airbus A320 family
• Type Rating: Current and valid A320 type rating
• License Required: ATPL
• Accepted Licenses: EASA only
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or above

🌟 Additional Requirements

• Operator Conversion: EASA Operator Conversion Course already completed with an airline
• Safety Record: No-incident/accident certificate from authority or previous employer
• Background: No criminal record
• Driving: Valid driving license
