🧭 Your mission

• Exercise safe, compliant command of A320 operations from briefing to block‑off and block‑on.
• Lead the flight deck with robust SOP discipline, threat and error management, and clear crew communication.
• Deliver precise flight planning, fuel management, performance calculations, and FMS programming.
• Mentor and develop First Officers, fostering a just culture and continuous improvement.
• Represent the operator with professionalism when liaising with ATC, ground teams, and passengers.

🧰 What you bring

• License required: ATPL (A)
• Accepted licenses: EASA
• In type: 500 hours on A320
• Type rating: A320 type rating (current)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher

📌 Additional requirements

• EASA Operator Conversion Course already completed with an airline.
• No‑incident/accident certificate issued by the authority or previous employer.
• No criminal record.
• Valid driving license.
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided — you must have the unrestricted right to live and work as required.
