🧭 The Opportunity

Take command on the Airbus A320 family with a safety‑first airline culture and a professional, team‑oriented flight deck. As Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient operations and mentor your crew while embracing a company‑designated base and an actively managed safety and compliance environment.

🛩️ Flight Time & Experience

• Total time: 4,000 hours minimum
• PIC on A320 family: 500 hours minimum
• Heavy aircraft time: 1,000+ hours on types over 27 tons
• Type rating: Current A320 family type rating required

🧰 Licences, Medicals & Language

• Licence: Valid ATPL accepted from DGCA (Turkey), EASA, FAA, or ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Language (Blue Card holders): Fluent, clear Turkish required

🌟 Additional Eligibility

• High school graduation or higher
• No written punishment due to flight failure or flight indiscipline
• No criminal record or criminal archive record
• Acceptance of company‑determined base and willingness to reside there
• No failed training or control flights at Turkish Airlines or other airlines
• Not previously separated from THY AO or its subsidiaries through termination
• Successful completion of the final pre‑employment examination by AJet workplace physicians is essential

👥 What You’ll Do

• Lead safe, compliant operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards
• Exercise sound command decision‑making across all phases of flight
• Foster a just‑culture cockpit environment and mentor the flight deck team
• Ensure thorough flight preparation, performance calculations, and threat/error management
• Champion SMS, FDM/FOQA participation, and continuous improvement practices
• Maintain training currency and uphold the highest standards of airmanship

📍 Base & Mobility

You will operate from a company‑designated base. Relocation and residency at the assigned base are required to meet operational needs.

🧪 Pre‑Employment Checks

The final pre‑employment medical examination by AJet workplace physicians is mandatory. Background screening must confirm the absence of disqualifying records as noted above.
