As an A320 Captain, you will lead from the front—owning the flight, safeguarding the operation, and inspiring confidence in your crew and customers. You’ll exercise decisive judgment, uphold the highest safety and compliance standards, and deliver smooth, on-time performance while mentoring the flight deck and cabin teams.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- PIC on type: 1,000 hours on A320 family
- Type rating: Current A320 type rating
- Currency: Ideally, recent large-jet command time within the last 3 years
- License: ATPL (UK CAA accepted)
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher
