Step into the left seat of a modern Airbus narrow-body fleet. We are seeking experienced captains who bring proven leadership, exceptional airmanship, and a safety-first mindset. Non-type rated applicants are welcome — full A320 training is provided.

✈️ The opportunity

As an A320 Captain, you will lead a professional, multi-crew operation from preflight to shutdown, ensuring safe, efficient and passenger-focused flights. You will champion SOPs, mentor flight deck colleagues, and uphold the highest operational standards.

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC time: 1,000 hours
  • Turbine time: 1,000 hours
  • Flight time notes: Minimum 1,000 hrs (P1) on transport jet/turboprop aircraft with a MTOW Category B (5,700 kg to 40,000 kg) or higher
  • Type rating: Not required — A320 training provided
  • License: ATPL (PCAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Current A320 type rating
  • ATPL endorsed with TRI/TRE and/or SFI/SFE

Preference will be given to type-rated captains and those holding instructor/examiner qualifications.
