🧭 The role

As Captain on the A320 family, you will command safe, efficient operations across a scheduled network, ensuring strict compliance with DGCA regulations and company SOPs. You’ll lead by example, foster a just culture, and deliver excellent decision‑making in all phases of flight.

  • Command A320 family line operations with uncompromising safety and professionalism.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams to maintain high standards and crew harmony.
  • Uphold regulatory compliance, SMS participation, and robust TEM practices.
  • Drive punctuality, fuel‑efficient practices, and passenger satisfaction.
  • Engage fully in training, checking, and recurrent proficiency activities.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: Minimum 3,000 hours.
  • Multi‑Engine: Minimum 25 hours.
  • PIC Experience (either option):
    • Minimum 500 hours PIC on jet aircraft operated by a scheduled operator with MTOW > 15,000 kg; or
    • Minimum 4,000 hours PIC on turbo‑prop aircraft operated by a scheduled operator with MTOW > 15,000 kg.
  • License: Valid ATPL (DGCA).
  • Medical: Class 1 current.
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4+.
  • Radio: Valid FRTO & RTR.
  • Record: Accident/incident‑free at time of application.
  • Right to Work: Ability to work in India; visa sponsorship not provided.
  • Type Rating: Not required — A320 training provided upon selection.
