✈️ The Opportunity

We’re seeking seasoned flight deck leaders to join the A320 family as Captain. If you bring strong PIC experience on commercial jets or high-time turboprops with scheduled operators, we’ll provide your A320 type training and a stable, permanent command role.

🧭 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: Minimum 3,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: Minimum 25 hours
  • PIC Experience (Option 1): Minimum 500 hours PIC on jet aircraft (MTOW > 15,000 kg) with a Scheduled Operator
  • PIC Experience (Option 2): Minimum 4,000 hours PIC on turboprop aircraft (MTOW > 15,000 kg) with a Scheduled Operator
  • License: Current ATPL issued by DGCA (India)
  • Medical: Valid Class 1
  • Radio Licences: Valid FRTO and RTR
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Safety Record: Accident/incident-free at time of application
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

  • Command A320 family operations with unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
  • Lead the flight deck, model effective CRM, and mentor flight crew to maintain high operational standards.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, briefings, performance calculations, and regulatory checks.
  • Operate in strict adherence to SOPs, company policies, and DGCA/ICAO regulations.
  • Manage normal and non-normal procedures, exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Complete post-flight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement and safety reporting.
