As an Airbus A320 Captain, you will command narrow-body operations with a focus on safety, discipline, and smooth passenger experiences. You’ll be part of a professional, multicultural flight operations team based in Brunei’s capital, where operational integrity and crew wellbeing are paramount.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Lead the flight deck, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Execute thorough pre-flight planning, including performance, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, MEL/CDL, and ETOPS considerations as applicable.
• Demonstrate exemplary Threat and Error Management, decision-making, and situational awareness throughout all phases of flight.
• Champion a strong safety culture: conduct briefings, manage CRM, and foster an open, professional cockpit environment.
• Mentor and develop First Officers and junior crew, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Cabin Crew, Dispatch, Engineering, and ATC to deliver a reliable, customer-focused operation.
• Represent the airline with professionalism when interacting with passengers, authorities, and airport stakeholders.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

• Valid, unrestricted ATPL and current Class 1 Medical.
• Proven Captain-level experience with strong leadership, CRM, and decision-making skills.
• Airbus A320 type rating and recent experience on type are highly preferred.
• ICAO English Level 5 or above (Level 6 desirable).
• Clean safety and compliance record, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Professionalism, cultural awareness, and the ability to thrive in a diverse team.
