Lead from the left seat on a modern A220 fleet. We’re seeking an experienced commander with outstanding judgement, a safety-first mindset, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of pilots.
🧭 Your mission
As an Airbus A220 Captain, you will own the operational leadership of each flight, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and service while coaching and developing your crew.
- Exercise decisive, calm command throughout all phases of flight, including abnormal and irregular operations.
- Champion strict adherence to SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a strong safety culture through exemplary CRM and open communication.
- Mentor First Officers and flight deck colleagues, sharing knowledge and feedback to build capability.
- Collaborate effectively with cabin crew, dispatch, and maintenance to deliver a punctual, professional operation.
🧰 What you bring
- Total Time: 4,000+ hours
- Pilot-in-Command: 1,000+ hours
- Multi-Engine: 2,000+ hours
- Turbine: 2,000+ hours
- Multi-crew/engine turbine: Minimum 2,000 hours on CS-25 aircraft
- Command on CS-25: Minimum 1,000 hours of PIC on a CS-25 aircraft
- License: EASA ATPL with ICAO English Level 4+
- Medical: Class 1
- Non-Type Rated candidates welcome — comprehensive A220 training provided.
- Demonstrated leadership, impeccable judgement, and a track record of safety, responsibility, and professional excellence.
- Ability and desire to mentor, coach, and uplift others.
- Clean criminal record and eligibility to obtain any required background clearances.
