As an Airbus A220 Captain, you will own the operational leadership of each flight, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and service while coaching and developing your crew.

• Exercise decisive, calm command throughout all phases of flight, including abnormal and irregular operations.
• Champion strict adherence to SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a strong safety culture through exemplary CRM and open communication.
• Mentor First Officers and flight deck colleagues, sharing knowledge and feedback to build capability.
• Collaborate effectively with cabin crew, dispatch, and maintenance to deliver a punctual, professional operation.

• Total Time: 4,000+ hours
• Pilot-in-Command: 1,000+ hours
• Multi-Engine: 2,000+ hours
• Turbine: 2,000+ hours
• Multi-crew/engine turbine: Minimum 2,000 hours on CS-25 aircraft
• Command on CS-25: Minimum 1,000 hours of PIC on a CS-25 aircraft
• License: EASA ATPL with ICAO English Level 4+
• Medical: Class 1
• Non-Type Rated candidates welcome — comprehensive A220 training provided.
• Demonstrated leadership, impeccable judgement, and a track record of safety, responsibility, and professional excellence.
• Ability and desire to mentor, coach, and uplift others.
