🧭 The Opportunity

Join as a First Officer across our multi‑crew fleets. You’ll receive airline‑provided type rating training and mentoring, operating within a robust safety culture on routes that span Kazakhstan and beyond.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 400 hours
• Multi‑engine: 200 hours
• Multi‑crew experience: Minimum 200 hours on multi‑engine, multi‑crew aeroplanes
• Last flight: Flown a multi‑engine, multi‑crew aeroplane within the last 6 months (those not meeting this may be considered based on overall experience and background)
• Licences: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME (ICAO)
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher

NTR welcome. Comprehensive training and type rating are provided by Air Astana, supported by modern simulators, safety‑driven SOPs, and an environment focused on continuous learning and performance.
