🧭 The essentials

Employment: Permanent
Type rating: Not required — training provided
License: ATPL (open to ICAO license holders)
Medical: Class 1
English Proficiency: ELP Level 4+
Visa sponsorship: Provided

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total flight time: ≥ 2,000 hours on ≥ 50T jet (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston)
Airbus FBW experience: ≥ 1,000 hours (e.g., A320/A330/A350/A380)
Currently flying an Airbus FBW type
Recent experience: ≥ 150 hours on Airbus FBW within the last 12 months
License: Valid ATPL. Pilots with Frozen ATPL (CPL + ATPL theory completed) may be invited for assessment subject to FATPL terms and conditions
Medical: Valid Class 1; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Note: This is an NTR pathway — successful candidates receive full A380 type training.

Operate the A380 as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements
Partner with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver a safe, efficient, and on-time operation
Perform thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings
Manage Airbus FBW automation and systems across normal and abnormal operations
Uphold exemplary CRM, safety, and a continuous improvement mindset
