✈️ Role snapshot

• Operate the Airbus A350 XWB on international routes, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
• Lead a mixed flight deck and cabin crew, fostering exemplary CRM and an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Execute all phases of flight in compliance with EASA, company SOPs, and local Swiss regulations.
• Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel strategy, ETOPS/Oceanic procedures, and adverse weather decision‑making.
• Represent the airline brand with integrity in all customer and operational interactions.

🧭 What you’ll bring

• License: Valid EASA ATPL with Class 1 Medical.
• Extensive multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet experience with proven command capability.
• A350 type rating and recent experience highly regarded; wide‑body Airbus experience an advantage.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills; committed to Just Culture and high‑reliability operations.
• Proficiency in English (ICAO Level 5 or above). Additional German/French language skills are a plus.
• Valid passport with worldwide travel eligibility and the ability to obtain and maintain Swiss/ZRH airside clearance.

• Conduct pre‑flight briefings, route analysis, NOTAM/weather review, and performance calculations.
• Ensure precise execution of SOPs, FMS programming, and checklist discipline throughout all flight phases.
• Practice fuel‑efficient, environmentally responsible operations without compromising safety margins.
• Mentor First Officers, support training/line checks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete post‑flight reporting, technical logs, and safety reports in a timely, accurate manner.
