Air India Group is inviting experienced, A320 type-rated Co-Pilots to join our Gurugram base as First Officers and Senior First Officers. If you are an Indian National or Overseas Citizen of India with strong A320 experience and current DGCA-compliant credentials, we’d love to hear from you.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate Airbus A320 Family aircraft as co-pilot on scheduled routes.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, checks, and crew briefings.
  • Monitor and manage aircraft systems, performance, and navigation.
  • Uphold SOPs, regulatory compliance, and the highest safety standards.
  • Collaborate with flight and ground teams to deliver a safe, on-time operation.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Indian National or Overseas Citizen of India.
  • Valid CPL or ATPL license.
  • Current and valid IR.
  • Valid Pilot’s Proficiency Check (PPC).
  • Valid FRTOL.
  • Valid COP/RTR (Conversion of Pilot/Renewal of Type Rating).
  • A320 Co-Pilot Endorsement.
  • Minimum 500 hours on Airbus A320 Family aircraft post line release.
  • Valid Class I Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO Aviation English Level 4 or above.
  • Maximum age 40 years (up to 45 for defence pilots with ATPL).
  • Incident/accident-free record in the preceding three years.
  • No breath analyzer issues or DGCA enforcement action in the preceding three years.
  • Mandatory eGCA ID with all licenses and documents validated.

🌟 Selection process

  • Psychometric assessment
  • Personal interview
  • Simulator flight test
  • Pre-employment medical examination

Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
