A320 Type‑Rated First Officer – Direct Entry (UK)

🧭 Your mission

As a trusted member of the flight deck, you will deliver safe, efficient and passenger‑focused operations across the A320 family.

• Execute every phase of flight to the highest standards, supporting the Captain in sound, timely decision‑making.
• Perform thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations and systems checks, ensuring regulatory and company compliance.
• Maintain precise flight monitoring, effective ATC communications and robust fuel management.
• Champion CRM and Threat & Error Management, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Represent the airline with professionalism, delivering a calm, attentive and customer‑centric experience.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Minimum 1,500 hours in‑type on the A320 family.
• Current LPC valid upon commencement.
• Licence: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
• Open to UK CAA licence holders.
• Current Class 1 medical.
• ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher.
• A320 type rating in place.

LPC must be valid upon commencement.

🌟 Eligibility and additional requirements

• Eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction (visa sponsorship is not provided).
• Must be able to apply for and obtain relevant US immigration/entry visas for travel to/from the United States.
• Hold a valid passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel.
• Ability to report for duty within 120 minutes when on standby duty.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work shifts, unsociable hours, weekends, holidays and overnights.
• Able to pass airport security vetting, including a five‑year background check.
