🧭 Your mission
- Operate SWISS Airbus A320 family aircraft safely, efficiently, and punctually in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and execute flights to the highest standards of safety, economy, and passenger service.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the flight crew, cabin crew, dispatch, ground operations, and ATC.
- Support—and when required, substitute—the Commander to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge and participate in continuous professional development.
- Demonstrate responsible, sustainable conduct aligned with SWISS values.
🧰 What you bring
- Licences: EASA ATPL(A), or CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory credit, or MPL (Part‑FCL).
- Training: Advanced UPRT per EASA.FCL.745; Multi‑Engine IR with PBN.
- Type rating: Valid A320 Type Rating.
- Experience: Minimum 800 hours on A320 family aircraft.
- Medical: EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Documentation: Continuous proof of flight performance (e.g., logbook excerpt, licence, etc.).
- Nationality: Swiss citizen or holder of an EU‑27/EFTA passport.
- Languages: Excellent German (minimum B2 if not native) and good English (minimum ICAO Level 4).
- Compliance: Clean background check; willingness to be vaccinated with Swiss‑approved vaccines (e.g., COVID‑19, yellow fever).
- Physical: Height 160–198 cm; maximum age 56 years (per collective agreement).
- Education: Completed secondary education (Matura/Abitur, HF Diploma, or university/technical college entrance qualification).
