✈️ The Role
As a Direct Entry First Officer on the A320 family, you’ll operate short- to medium-haul sectors with a laser focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience. You’ll work closely with the Captain and cabin crew, applying SOPs, best airmanship, and impeccable communication in all phases of flight.
- Execute safe, efficient A320 operations from preflight to shutdown under company SOPs.
- Deliver smooth, professional CRM and decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Maintain aircraft systems knowledge and performance discipline to the highest standards.
- Support a just culture and continuous improvement through debriefs and reporting.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and customer focus on every sector.
🧭 Minimum Requirements
- In-type time: Minimum 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family.
- Currency: Flown the A320 family within the last 12 months.
- Type Rating: Current A320 type rating required.
- Licence: Current UK CAA Flight Crew Licence ATPL (A), fATPL (A), or MPL; or hold an EASA licence and meet the “Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements” set out by the UK CAA (route 3, 4, 5 or 6).
- Frozen ATPL: fATPL with valid IR and ME.
- Medical: Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Language: ICAO English Level 6.
- Travel: Valid passport with at least 12 months remaining.
Open to licence holders: EASA, UK CAA.
