As an A320 First Officer, you will operate short- and medium-haul routes with a focus on safety, efficiency, and superb crew coordination. You will support the Captain in all phases of flight, uphold SOPs, and deliver an excellent passenger experience while maintaining the highest standards of airmanship.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Hours in type: 500+ on the A320 family
• Type rating: A320 family — required
• Currency: Must be current on the A320
• Airline experience: Required
• Licences: CPL, IR, ME — open to ICAO holders
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
• Radio licence: Must have a valid Radio License
