🧭 Minimum qualifications

Type Rating: A320 Family (current and valid)
Experience:
- Criteria A
  - Minimum 2,000 hours total flying time
  - Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit MPA (aircraft with an FMS coupled to APFDS)
  - Minimum 500 hours on A320 Family type
- Criteria B
  - Minimum 1,500 hours total flying time
  - Minimum 1,000 hours on any A320 Family aircraft
Recency: Flown any A320 Family aircraft within the last 12 months

License: ATPL — ICAO (open to ICAO license holders)
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Contribute to continuous improvement through briefings, debriefings, and feedback
