🧭 Minimum qualifications

  • Type Rating: A320 Family (current and valid)
  • Experience:
    • Criteria A
      • Minimum 2,000 hours total flying time
      • Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit MPA (aircraft with an FMS coupled to APFDS)
      • Minimum 500 hours on A320 Family type
    • Criteria B
      • Minimum 1,500 hours total flying time
      • Minimum 1,000 hours on any A320 Family aircraft
  • Recency: Flown any A320 Family aircraft within the last 12 months

🧰 License, medical and language

  • License: ATPLICAO (open to ICAO license holders)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

  • Operate A320 Family aircraft as First Officer, ensuring compliance with SOPs and all regulatory requirements
  • Execute precise preflight planning, performance calculations, and FMS setup
  • Maintain exceptional situational awareness, CRM, and threat/error management
  • Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with a strong safety mindset
  • Deliver a smooth, on-time operation while supporting a positive passenger experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through briefings, debriefings, and feedback
