A320 Family First Officer (Type Rated)

As an A320 Family First Officer, you will operate in a high-performance, multi-crew setting using advanced avionics and an FMS coupled to APFDS. You’ll support safe, efficient operations from gate to gate while upholding company SOPs and international standards.

• Operate the A320 family as SIC with precision, discipline, and teamwork.
• Execute all phases of flight using glass cockpit procedures and evidence-based best practices.
• Apply strong CRM, TEM, and threat mitigation in dynamic operating environments.
• Contribute to a safety-first culture and continuous improvement in performance and compliance.

• Proven A320 family proficiency and recent operational currency.
• Excellent situational awareness, communication, and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and a just culture of safety.
• Collaborative mindset and the professionalism to represent the flight deck with integrity.

Meet one of the following experience pathways to be considered:

• Criteria A — Total time: 2,000+ hours; Multi-crew, glass cockpit MPA: 1,500+ hours (aircraft with an FMS coupled to APFDS); In type: 500+ hours on A320 family.
• Criteria B — Total time: 1,500+ hours; On A320 family: 1,000+ hours.

Currency: Flown any A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months

• Type rating: A320 family (current)
• License: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Open to license holders: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher

• Permanent, type-rated position on a world-class narrow-body platform.
