A320 Family First Officer (Type-Rated) – 1-Year Renewable Contract

As an A320 Family First Officer, you will operate modern narrow-body aircraft in a highly regulated environment, supporting the Captain in all phases of flight. You will apply disciplined SOPs, strong CRM, and sound judgment to maintain the highest safety and compliance standards.

• Execute all First Officer duties from preflight to shutdown in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and fuel calculations, and flight deck preparation.
• Manage FMS programming, checklists, briefings, and systems monitoring to support safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain strong situational awareness and communicate proactively within the crew to ensure effective CRM.
• Participate in recurrent training, checking, and safety reporting to foster a robust safety culture.

• Total time: Minimum 2,000 hours on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) > 50,000 kg
• In-type time: 500 P2 hours on A320 or A330, or a combination of A320 and A330
• Type rating: Current A320 Family or A330 type rating (required)
• License: Valid ATPL issued by CAASL
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
• Work authorization: Able to work/travel without visa sponsorship

Flight time notes: A minimum total of 2,000 hours on aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 50,000 kg (e.g., jet aircraft such as the A320 or equivalent or higher), with 500 P2 hours on type (A320 or A330) or a combination of A320 and A330.
