🧭 What you will do
- Operate the Airbus A320 family in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the highest safety standards.
- Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew, demonstrating exemplary CRM and communication from briefing to debrief.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and threat & error management across all phases of flight.
- Manage abnormal and emergency procedures calmly and methodically, maintaining situational awareness and passenger safety.
- Champion a just culture by reporting hazards, sharing learnings, and continuously improving flight operations.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL
- Ratings/Certificates: Valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- PIC Time: Minimum 70 hours (logbook evidence required)
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided for non‑type‑rated candidates
