🧭 The mission
As an A320 First Officer, you will operate the Airbus A320 family alongside the Captain, upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and a just culture of safety.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, briefings, and checklist discipline.
- Maintain vigilant flight deck monitoring, threat and error management, and effective CRM.
- Support fuel management, weight and balance, and navigation decisions with structured, analytical thinking.
- Communicate clearly with crew, operations, and ATC, taking initiative when time-critical decisions are required.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Licences: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
- Medical: Class 1.
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- PIC time: Minimum 70 hours.
- Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR welcomed).
- Accepted licences: EASA.
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided; you must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the role’s location.
🎓 Training & onboarding
Comprehensive A320 type rating and company conversion training are provided for successful candidates, followed by line training and mentorship to support a smooth transition into line operations.
