🧭 What you will do

Operate the Airbus A320 family in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the highest safety standards.
Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew, demonstrating exemplary CRM and communication from briefing to debrief.
Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and threat & error management across all phases of flight.
Manage abnormal and emergency procedures calmly and methodically, maintaining situational awareness and passenger safety.
Champion a just culture by reporting hazards, sharing learnings, and continuously improving flight operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL
Ratings/Certificates: Valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
Medical: EASA Class 1
English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
PIC Time: Minimum 70 hours (logbook evidence required)
Type Rating: Not required — training provided for non‑type‑rated candidates
