Take the left seat on a permanent contract and lead operations on the Airbus A320 family alongside a professional crew that prizes safety, leadership, and operational excellence. If you are current on the A320/A330/A340 with solid command time and meet the criteria below, we’d love to connect.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Type-Rated: Required (A320/A330/A340)

🧭 The Role

As Captain, you’ll hold full command responsibility on A320 family operations—setting the standard for safe, compliant, and punctual performance. You will lead a multi-disciplinary crew, model professional airmanship, and drive effective CRM, while maintaining currency and strict adherence to SOPs and all regulatory requirements.

🧰 Minimum Flight Experience

  • Total time: 3,500 hours
  • PIC time (total): 800 hours
  • PIC in type: 500 hours on A320 family / A330 / A340 (or a combination across these types)
  • Multi-crew, Multi-engine time: 2,000 hours on aircraft >30,000 kg MTOW
  • Jet time: 800 hours
  • Operator background: Experience with an established airline, cargo operator, private operator, or military transport
  • Note: Minimum 800 hours PIC must be on a multi-crew, multi-engine jet >30,000 kg. No PIC time on turboprops will be considered.

📜 Licence, Rating and Currency

  • Licence: ATPL (EASA Part-FCL or National licence compliant with ICAO standards). UK licences accepted for application only. FAA licences cannot be accepted.
  • Validation: ICAO licences will require Maltese TM-CAD validation.
  • Type rating: A320/A330/A340 type rating must be listed on the licence.
  • Currency window: Application must be within 36 months of the most recent A320/A330/A340 “Valid Until” date in Section XII (Certificate of Revalidation). The rating must not have been expired for more than 3 years at the intended OCC/CCQ course start.
  • Recent command: Operated as Commander on A320/A330/A340 within 36 months prior to course start.
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
  • Open to licence holders: EASA, ICAO

  • Background checks: Ability to pass an enhanced background check and meet all regulatory/security requirements
