🧰 What you’ll do
- Lead A320 Family operations as PIC, delivering safe, efficient, and customer‑centric flights.
- Operate to the highest standards in a multi‑crew, glass cockpit environment.
- Champion Etihad’s culture of safety, professionalism, innovation, and sustainability.
- Mentor First Officers and contribute to continuous improvement in training and line operations.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- License: Unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL (open to ICAO license holders).
- Medical: Unrestricted and current Class 1.
- English: ELP Level 4 or higher (written and verbal).
- Total time: 5,500 hours.
- Pilot‑in‑Command: 2,500 hours on multi‑crew, glass cockpit aircraft.
- PIC on type: 1,500 hours on A320 Family.
- Type rating: Current A320 Family rating valid for at least 2 months on date of joining.
- Currency: Flown the A320 Family within the last 12 months.
- Age: Have not attained 59 years on the day of joining.
For flights with in‑flight relief, 75% of total hours count toward the required minima.
“Glass cockpit” refers to aircraft with an FMS coupled to AP/FD.

- Current TRE / TRI endorsement.
- Demonstrated leadership in line operations, training, or safety.
