A320 Family Captain — Almaty Base (Permanent, 6/2 Roster)

🧭 Your Mission

As Captain, you’ll set the standard for safety, professionalism, and passenger care while commanding A320 family aircraft on dynamic international routes.

• Operate scheduled international flights across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
• Lead the flight deck team, mentor First Officers, and foster a collaborative cockpit culture.
• Execute procedures to the highest standards, ensuring regulatory and company compliance at all times.
• Champion on-time performance and an exceptional customer experience.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 4,500 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC, including 500 hours PIC on type.
• Current A320 family type rating.
• Recent experience: flown the type within the last 12 months with a current LPC, or within the last 36 months subject to overall experience review.
• ATPL (ICAO accepted) and Class 1 medical.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4 or higher.
• Non-accident/incident certificate and non-criminal record from place of previous residency.
• Recommendation letters from your last two employers.
• Training records from previous employer, including LPC and OPC.
• Vaccination passport and a valid, unrestricted passport.
