🧭 What you’ll do

• Command A320 family operations safely and efficiently on Wizz Air UK routes.
• Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, promoting a strong safety culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence in all phases of flight.
• Uphold Wizz Air’s customer-focused, on-time performance standards.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2,000 hours Airbus A320 family PIC time.
• Actively flying the A320 in an airline environment at time of application.
• Full ATP/ATPL issued by FAA, Transport Canada (TCCA), CASA, or another ICAO state.
• UK or Irish citizenship—or eligibility for a UK Ancestry Visa via British or Irish grandparents.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and CRM skills.

🌟 Licensing, conversion and onboarding

• UK conversion: FAA/ICAO to UK licence conversion provided and sponsored by the airline.
• Exams & medical: Complete UK CAA written exams and obtain an initial UK medical within 12 months prior to start.
• Reimbursement: Certain licence-conversion costs are reimbursed upon joining.
• Required licence: ATPL.

🗺️ Base, roster and pay

• Base: London, United Kingdom.
• Roster: Random or fixed 5 on / 4 off.
• Starting salary: Approximately $195,000 USD, with potential for growth.
• Relocation: Opportunity to relocate to the UK for eligible pilots from the USA and Canada.
