💰 Pay & Benefits
- Starting salary (100%): 75,493 DKK per month.
- Starting salary (83.3%): 62,861 DKK per month.
- Leave: 42 days annually.
- Time off: Minimum 11 days per month.

🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command A320 family aircraft on scheduled services from Copenhagen (CPH).
- Operate in Nordic winter conditions and busy international airspace.
- Uphold SAS’s safety, compliance, and customer service standards.
- Contribute to an efficient, modern Airbus operation across Europe and beyond.
🗓️ Roster & Lifestyle
- Choose 100% full-time or an 83.3% flexible part-time pattern.
- Seasonal part-time typically includes 100% rostering in summer and December, and 50–75% during the remainder of the year.
- Enjoy a minimum of 11 days off per month to balance flying and home life.
🧰 What You Bring
- Licensing: Unrestricted EASA ATPL(A). EASA ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL holders are eligible; non-Scandinavian EASA licenses accepted but must be converted before course start.
- Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical and current Instrument Rating.
- Language: ICAO English Level 5 or 6.
- Right to work: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU; clean criminal record.
- Experience:
- 4,000+ hours total time.
- 2,000+ hours on jet aircraft or high-speed turboprops.
- 1,000+ hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 55.0T.
- Proven winter operations experience.
