🧭 Your mission

• Take command of A320 family operations, ensuring safe, efficient flight preparation and execution in full compliance with legal and company regulations.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Licensing: EASA ATPL (A); German or Austrian-issued license appreciated.
• Hours: Minimum 5,000 hours on aircraft > 19.5 t MTOM and 1,000 hours PIC on aircraft > 19.5 t MTOM.
• Type rating: A320 type rating preferred but not mandatory.
• Education: Entrance qualification for advanced technical college/senior high school, university entrance exam, or any certificate permitting access to higher education.
• Language: Good oral and written English; minimum ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4.
• Medical: Class 1 medical.
• Right to work: EU citizenship or residence and work permit for Sweden, Spain, or Czech Republic; unrestricted passport validity.
• Mindset: Openness, professionalism, strong team player mentality, and leadership.
