✈️ The Opportunity

Lead A320 operations with full command responsibility for safety, operational excellence and premium guest experience. You’ll set the tone for professionalism on the flight deck, mentor your crew and represent Beond’s high standards on every sector.

🧰 What You Will Do

Plan and execute flights with unwavering responsibility for the safety and comfort of passengers and crew.
Oversee all phases of flight — take-off, landing and in‑flight procedures — to exacting standards.
Collaborate closely with the First Officer to ensure clear, effective cockpit communication and teamwork.
Maintain meticulous flight and operational records.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs and all applicable regulations.
Complete recurrent and ongoing training to remain current with best practices, policies and procedures.
Respond promptly and calmly to abnormal and emergency situations in accordance with established protocols.
Uphold and positively represent Beond’s premium service ethos and luxury travel standards.

🧭 What You Bring

Valid Airline Transport Pilot License: ATPL (ICAO).
5,000+ total flight hours, including 1,500+ command hours and 500+ hours on A320.
Proven leadership with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem‑solving and sound decision‑making abilities.
Calm, focused performance under pressure; uncompromising safety mindset.
Experience working within multicultural teams and environments.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
