As A320 Captain (PIC), you will lead the crew and ensure every sector is conducted with uncompromising safety, compliance, and passenger care.

  • Operate the A320 to the highest safety and regulatory standards, applying disciplined SOPs and sound judgment.
  • Provide decisive, calm leadership in all phases of flight and across varying operational conditions.
  • Champion effective CRM, clear communication, and a just culture within the cockpit and cabin.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, briefings, fuel and performance assessments, and post‑flight reviews.
  • Uphold company values and represent the brand with professionalism on the ground and in the air.

🧰 What you bring

  • Valid ATPL (ICAO).
  • Current A320 type rating.
  • Proven flight‑deck leadership and decision‑making as PIC.
  • Strong CRM, TEM, and SOP discipline with an unwavering commitment to safety.
  • Clear, professional communication in English.
  • Ability to be based in, or commute reliably to, Gurugram, India, and travel as required by the operation.
