Non‑Type Rated Captains are welcomed and supported with an A320 Type Rating delivered via approved training organisations, followed by an easyJet Operator Conversion Course. Command the Airbus A320 family across a dynamic pan‑European network. You will bring proven jet command experience and uncompromising safety leadership to a high‑performance, customer‑focused operation.

🧰 Training and Onboarding

A320 Type Rating: Non‑Type Rated Captains complete a full A320 Type Rating with one of our approved training organisations at the start of employment. Funding options available.
OCC: Following the Type Rating, complete the easyJet OCC prior to line release.
Standards: All pilots complete the standard easyJet OCC and recurrent training programme.

🌟 Minimum Flight Experience

Total time: 4,000 hours
PIC time: 1,000 hours
Jet command experience: Minimum 1,000 total PIC hours on jet aircraft >30 tonnes MTOW by the easyJet induction date

🧾 Licensing, Medical and Language

License required: ATPL (UK CAA)
Accepted licenses: UK CAA only
Medical: Class 1
English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Travel access: Unrestricted access across the UK, the EEA, and the easyJet network
