Heston Airlines is seeking experienced A320 Captains to support an operational project in Syria. You will be based in Damascus, operating the Airbus A320 with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and exemplary crew leadership.

  • Operation: Syria project with occasional layovers in Damascus
  • Aircraft: Airbus A320
  • License: ATPL (EASA) with A320 type rating and IR/PBN
  • Minimum Total Time: 3,000 hours on multi-pilot aircraft
  • Minimum A320 PIC: 1,000 hours
  • Medical: Class 1 (Part-MED)

🧭 The Role

As Captain on the A320, you will lead flight operations for Heston Airlines’ Syria project, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and crew coordination. Professional conduct and safety leadership are central to this posting.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • EASA ATPL with A320 type rating and valid IR/PBN.
  • Class 1 Medical Certificate issued under Part-MED requirements.
  • At least 3,000 total hours on multi-pilot aircraft.
  • At least 1,000 flight hours as PIC/Commander on A320.
  • Last three pages of logbook showing total hours.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 minimum; Level 6 preferred.
  • A320 TRI/TRE experience preferred.
  • EU citizenship and a passport allowing unlimited travel preferred.
