✈️ The Opportunity

As an A220 Captain, you will set the tone on the flight deck and across the cabin — stewarding a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork. You’ll command modern, fuel‑efficient aircraft across a dynamic network, make sound decisions in real time, and elevate operational excellence while fostering the growth of First Officers through coaching and example.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Command A220 operations from pre‑flight planning to post‑flight debrief, ensuring full compliance with EASA Air OPS and company SOPs.
• Lead a high‑performance crew environment, modeling exemplary CRM, mentoring First Officers, and supporting cabin leadership.
• Exercise decisive, safety‑first judgement in dynamic weather and operational contexts, balancing commercial and operational priorities.
• Uphold safety programs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, including FDM/SMS best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Flight Operations, Dispatch, and Maintenance to deliver punctual, efficient, and guest‑focused operations.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 4,000+ hours
• PIC Time: 1,000+ hours
• Multi‑Engine: 2,000+ hours
• Turbine: 2,000+ hours
• CS‑25 experience: Minimum 2,000 hours on multi‑pilot/engine turbine airplane (CS‑25)
• Command on CS‑25: Minimum 1,000 hours
• License: Valid ATPL (EASA)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Type Rating: A220 not required — training provided
• Additional: Clean criminal record
