🧭 The mission
As PC‑12 Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient operations in a dynamic environment—planning meticulously, flying precisely, and communicating clearly. You’ll exercise sound judgment in weather and performance decisions, manage high single‑pilot workloads when applicable, and collaborate seamlessly with operations and maintenance teams. EMS experience is valued, as some missions may be time‑sensitive and require calm, confident execution.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot‑in‑Command on the Pilatus PC‑12, upholding company SOPs and all regulatory standards.
- Plan and conduct IFR/VFR flights with strong instrument proficiency and disciplined risk management.
- Perform thorough preflight planning, weight and balance, performance calculations, and weather assessments.
- Coordinate with dispatch/operations, maintenance, and mission support to deliver reliable, on‑time performance.
- Maintain currency and training standards; complete company‑provided aircraft and procedures training.
- Champion a safety‑first culture, accurate documentation, and professional airmanship on every leg.
🌟 What you bring (Minimum Requirements)
- Total Time: Minimum 2,500 hours
- Certificates: CPL with appropriate category/class and IR (airplane); ME rating
- ATP Pathway: Eligible to complete the ATP CTP within one year of employment
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Medical: Class 2
- Licensing: Open to FAA license holders
🧩 Preferred Experience
- EMS: Prior air medical/EMS experience
- PC‑12 PIC: 50 hours as PIC on the PC‑12
- Turbo‑Jet Time: 200 hours for assignments involving turbo‑jet operations

- Training: Comprehensive aircraft and company procedures training provided for NTR candidates.
