🧭 The opportunity
Join a safety‑focused, multi‑crew operation flying the iconic Pilatus PC‑12. This is a hands‑on role for a developing First Officer who wants to build high‑quality multi‑crew IFR time on a proven turboprop, with structured training and standards‑driven operations.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Support the Captain to operate the PC‑12 safely and efficiently under SOPs in IFR/VFR environments.
- Execute thorough preflight planning: weather, NOTAMs, performance, and weight & balance.
- Manage checklists, radios, navigation, and aircraft systems with strong CRM.
- Assist ground operations: loading, securing cabin/cargo, fueling oversight, and de/anti‑icing coordination when required.
- Complete accurate flight, tech, and safety reports; contribute to a proactive safety culture.
- Participate in initial and recurrent training, including checks as scheduled.
- Deliver professional, customer‑focused service on every sector.
🌟 What you bring
- Total time: 500 hours (minimum)
- License: CPL with IR
- License Authority: TCCA
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Work Authorization: Able to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available
