Corporate Jet Captain (Falcon 2000)

• Serve as Captain on the Falcon 2000, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger comfort.
• Execute both pilot-in-command and second-in-command duties as operationally required.
• Lead comprehensive trip planning: weather analysis, routing, itinerary coordination, passenger loading, and fuel planning.
• Operate in accordance with all applicable regulations and company standards, including IS-BAO protocols.
• Coordinate closely with scheduling, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver an on-time, seamless experience.
• Uphold professional, service-forward conduct in all guest and stakeholder interactions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, flight logs, and operational records.

• Falcon 2000 type rating (required).
• Valid ATP with FAA privileges; current First Class Medical.
• Demonstrated proficiency in PIC/SIC operations and full-scope trip planning (weather, itinerary, loading, fuel).
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Current FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Working knowledge of IS-BAO standards.
• High level of professionalism and sound judgment in dynamic, guest-facing environments.
• Tech fluency: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Recurrent training completed within the last 12 months (strongly preferred).

• Residence: Must live within less than 3 hours of Windsor Locks, CT by ground transport.
• Airport Access: Ability to obtain/maintain crew access vetting for Bradley International Airport (BDL).

• Clear record check via the National Driver Register (NDR).
• Credential confirmation through the Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA).
• Successful completion of airport security vetting for BDL crew access.
