As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and customer‑focused operations across a multi‑type business jet fleet. You will exercise command authority, mentor crew, manage logistics, and ensure an exceptional experience from wheels‑up to shutdown.
- Command Part 135 flights across a variety of business jets, domestic and international.
- Own trip planning: performance, fuel, weather, alternates, international procedures, and permits.
- Deliver outstanding passenger service with a hospitality mindset while safeguarding safety and compliance.
- Leverage technology (iPad EFB and modern apps) for briefings, checklists, charts, and reporting.
- Coordinate superior logistics: crew, catering, ground handling, slots, customs, and turn‑time efficiency.
- Lead by example—make timely decisions, communicate clearly, and mentor SICs.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 4,000 hours
- PIC Time: 2,500 hours
- Multi‑Engine: 2,500 hours
- Jet: 1,000 hours
- License: FAA ATP
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required; training provided (NTR)
- Check Rides: Ability to pass simulator training as PIC and FAR 135.293/135.299
- Work Authorization: Legal right to live and work in the United States
🧭 Preferred Profile
- 250 hours in type (preferred, not required).
- Previous Part 135 experience (preferred).
- Recent international operations experience and comfort working across multiple time zones.
🛡️ Safety, Compliance, and Background
- Current passport; able to travel internationally without entry restrictions.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and 10‑year criminal background check.
- Must pass DMV check and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Employment verification required.
- No history of accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement action within the past 5 years.
